Before Emerald crashed and died twice earlier, I built myself a base and realized I was going to be in range of a TR orbital strike which was built on the eastern plateau on top of the Arch where Broken Arch Pass used to be. Since I had built mine first, however, I got range on them first. That's when I realized the base was built within a no-construction zone and I could not target them with my orbital strike.
