I've heard a few people say it's like an NS version of the Jackhammer. Only every been killed by it a few times, and never tried it outside VR. Anyone use it? Thoughts?
Its basically a quick firing extended range shotgun. It can have up to 8 shells loaded into it provided you have the extended mag. I would say it has the tightest cone of fire of all the shotguns currently available.
It's a pretty typical semi-auto shotgun. You trade reload speed, mag size, and a little damage for accuracy, both in terms of pellet spread, but also in moving ADS CoF -- this pairs well with shotguns .75 moving ADS speed. If you can suffer through the reload speed, then there's nothing really wrong with the weapon. VS and TR players can also consider the Auraxium shotgun as a faster reloading alternative.
