I just tested the new bases on Hossin. Out of some reasons all my graphic settings were set to very low. I noticed it and changed it to ultra without fog shadows and motion blur. I wonder if there are people that turn motion blur on. After I restarted the game to apply the settings and deployed in a base I was surprised how hard it was to see anything. Hossin is very misty, dark and overgrown. Guess what? You can turn it of. I understand that there are people that don't have good PC, like myself the first year I played PS2. What I dont understand is why there are the options to turn of shadows and vegetation, both dont change your performance more than 2-4 fps. I know people that currently run settings below their possibilities to abuse the clearer view. I fear it will getting even worse on Hossin. I think we need more downsides of using lower settings, except the ability to see cloakers. And btw I want to play a nice and atmospheric game and not in a shadowless world.
