Hi, let's make this quick. If an outfit has full blue/purple, any additionally gained ressource of that type should be traded down one tier. Just so that they don't have to worry about wasting ressources if they currently cannot spent their stuff due to a full amory or crafting queues or simply because a blue base is just just the strategic best target over a green outpost. I wouldn't mind if it was done at a one to one ratio either.
