[Suggestion] Autolock old threads

In the last 2 weeks there have been several threads been pushed up from 1+ years ago, often those threads were irrelevant to EVERYTHING since they've been horribly outdated or been free of any real value in the first place.

Please consider getting a script that autolocks threads once they have been dead and burried (no new responses) for a certain amount of time. (I'd suggest 3 months)

If someone finds a good enough reason to push a year old thread there is always the option to manually unlock them via moderator (it shouldn't happen often enough to be a real strain on their workload, and certainly less often then locking irrelevant old necros).

Warframe for example uses such a system that auto-archives old threads unless kept open by a special moderator set flag or manually reopened by a mod.

Pushed because there were at least 3 more (now irrelevant) threads pushed from june/july last year in the last 30 or so hours. Again often with posts that didn't even matter in the greater discussion of the thread in question.

    Please make it stop.

This wont solve anything, if there is an old thread that has died completely and becomes locked... then most likely the creator of said thread will make a new one with the exact same information. It wont stop them in the slightest, in fact it may cause more pointless threads to arise and continue to spam the forum.
