Did the ASP change the physical size of the Blackhand so it takes longer to draw? NS-44L Blackhand Max damage range from 5m to 20m Equip time from 250ms to 450ms Hipfire CoF while standing and crouching from 2 to 1.75 Hipfire CoF while walking and crouchwalking from 3 to 2.5
Most veteran players have been using Blackhand or Commissioner. With this change they are pretty much useless(cause you need way too long to pull them). So players need to buy a different gun. Now you know what this is about.... ;-)
it was pretty 50/50 before due to the low ammo and long reload time.. But it was my go to weapon because it did the most dps and with the 4 bullets I could at least get 2 kills along side my sniper rifle, but this just breaks it.. Just like with swarmer its now very much useless.
