   Higher frame rates are only advantageous over low frame rates.
   
   30 will give you an advantage over people with 15-20, but 60 will give you almost no advantage over 30... nothing worth speaking about anything, and anything above 60 will give you no advantages beyond 60 besides a number for bragging rights.
