[BUG] Anyone Else's Camera Sometimes Become Choppy When Panning Around?

Seems to happen randomly, more often in bigger fights I'd say. My FPS isn't going down, the counter still shows a solid 60 but the camera panning will randomly get choppy. Anyone else experiencing this?
5800X3D, RTX 3070, 32gb RAM @ 3200 CL19

Well I'm glad I'm not alone at least. Was worried it was something on my end. Not many others seem to say anything about it, not sure if people are experiencing it and just not noticing, or if they're not experiencing it at all. Either way I've given up and uninstalled again unless someone finds a solution, cause I haven't been able to.
