Both the repair and med tool is locked and not selectable. Reported as a bug and what not but if anyone have managed to solve that issue it would be nice to know. It either happened between last hotfix and the GU13 or after the hotfix.
I had this with an other Update. Relog or restart and it will be solved. Do not drop Ammobox/Turrets and change Class while the CD is still Active. With this i had then Probs, that the CD will not finish. Restart the Game and also this was solved. But you are in the false area, thats more a bug as a CM Problem.
