Anyone else having issues buying stuff with SC (specifically the GD-7F on sale)

I have the following issue: trying to buy the GD-7F while it's on sale, but everytime I click on the respective button, I get an error. Anyone else experiencing anything similar?

I've bought this for 700sc, not 350sc
and yeah, I saw one of my outfit member suffer just like you

I would open a support ticket. Some have reported missing SC or, in this case, overpaying for discounted items.

Does SOE listen to a support ticket?

Well, it isn't instant, but yes they do respond to every support ticket IIRC. SC/membership issues probably get top priority on the list.

No problem. Ususally the support works fast but they are only human so it won't be resolved instantly.

People still buy weapons with SC?

Absolutely report this to CS if its deducting (or trying to deduct) the full 700 SC. That is a bad thing.

I find it a better deal than a membership as it fits my schedule better. Might get a 12 month premium account if my internship pays well but that is a different story.

People with more money than time do, sure.

Depending on what CS department your ticket is going to it can take a bit of time, but they should be able to work something out for you even if it rolls into tomorrow. Tell them to talk to me if you have any trouble.
