It seems that there is a bug with the shallow water on Hossin that wont allow an engineer to use his repair tool to destroy enemy AV Mines, and that , I assume, NO classes can shoot them while they are under water. Melee and grenades seem to work fine, I have not tested rocket launchers under berrels or any vehicles.
That's a misleading title since the mines (and other deployables) aren't broken. The water is. You can't fire/target through water thus any deployable placed under it becomes a bit tricky to remove. It's also the exact same way on all the other continents (Amerish is really the only one with water, I think), not Hossin-specfic.
