alert ideas

    i think instead of draws at the end it should be overtime and the two empires that had the draw would fight for 1 base that would be cool and laggy but they definitly need to fix alert timer we have lost countless alerts on the alert timer being faster than the cap timer

    Or you tag every player on the continent at that moment and make it a last-man-standing. If you die you lose the tag but can respawn. The empire that still has players with a tag when the enemy has lost all of theirs wins the alert.
    If you have a tag, you can't stay in a friendly painfield for more than 20 seconds or you lose the tag, so you have time to switch classes if you are fast but you can't hide out in the warpgate or similar.
    Show on the map which area's still have a tagged player in them, so you can actively hunt them down.

    Air alert
    For the next 30-40 minutes, all aircraft cost 0 resources.
    The empire with the most Aircraft killed by other aircraft in the end wins the alert and gains a bunch of XP and +30% XP for 1 hour.

    Helps people get into the airgame, and provides different gameplay to keep things interesting.
    Since its only 30 minutes long and doesent lock a continent even if you hate it you dont loose much.
    And the victory bonus is pretty good without being "too good".

    No it wouldnt. Always expect all players to be trolling, ******** or stupid l. Thats the things that should be in your mind when designing a new gamemode.
    Id like some sort of CTF...
