Hmm it appears the alerts trigger late but do trigger eventually on their own. Is this what you are experiencing?
only the population alert triggers, so its stuck on esamir the whole day till prime time, can we maybe keep esamir locked for the weekend ? or maybe lower the esamir pop trigger to a relatively low nr.

Hmm. I would only find it fair if you make this weekend a double XP weekend. For wasting our time like this. We are paying customers, after all.
Please consider reverting northeast esimir to how it was pre escalation. The North East part of the map does not play well and people have been requesting the restoration for a while now. This is important as well as fixing mirror bay
this is still broken, we can't even reach enough players to trigger pop alert, put esamir in a similar rotation like oshur maybe?
