I was monitoring with process explorer for CPU and GPU utilization and noticed something interesting. My CPU usafe is usually about 70% in game and GPU is about 50%. As the error occurs the screen goes black and the sound distorts. Then i have to ctrl alt delete and close the game. The error causes a spike of both the CPU and GPU to 100% then an instant dropto idle. If i go back into the game rather than close it my fps is 1/10 normal. What causes this behavior?
