[Suggestion] Active benifits to Facilities

    Right now the game has 3 faciliites, bio-labs, tech plants, and amp stations, and they are looking to put in a 4th (link stations). They all come with a passive boost (health regen, MBT from tank terminals, and Turret heat).

    I propose that in adtion to these passive benifits that there also be an ACTIVE benifit. By an active benifit I mean something you would need to physicly be in the facility to use or gain (though being able to take such a benifit elsewhere after obatianing it at the facility is fully posible). These would entail a special structure only existing at the corisponding facility, any consoles would be unhackable (or if hackable will only turn them neutral so no one can use them)

    Though the suggestion is that ther BE such benifits as oposed to what exact form such benifits would entail, here are some thoughts.

    Ablative armor/energy sheild/overcharged sheild: effectively an increase in the health of the vehicle and/or infantry, this extra health however would not be repairable or rechargeable, and would likely not gain the benifit of things like flak armor of blackade armor (esentialy existing outside of those considerations).

    Vehicle Refit: Land/park your vehicle on the apropriat pad and activate a terminal to change the loadout of said vehicle (weapons/chasis/etc)

    Experimental/specialty Ammo: Some ammo benifit, such as antivehicle ammo, or an acuracy boost, unlike standard ammo slot stuff it would not come with a downside, however ammopacks and terminal resuply would not refill the the specialty ammo but instead start a count of your normal ammo type.

    Breach Generator: has a console that can be used to create a teleport to a selected destination several hexes away. It woul need a cooldown.

    Orbital Strike: The beacon that calls the orbital strike would be aquired at the facility in adition to the normal requirments.

    On a more extreme case it could allow access to weapons/vehicle mounts not available otherwise, such as a DoT grenade or heavy cannon.
