[Suggestion] A yearly quest to give us implants we don't have

I would like a yearly quest that gives us an implant we don't have, it could be random as long as it's an implant that we don't currently have.
You can even make it Xmas related.
it would be exceptional if it's an exceptional implant though.

I agree. Any way to more reliably acquire that one implant I'm missing or whatever. We do have a method already, but it requires a LOT of ISO-4, which you want for upgrades preferably (and its usually more profitable to buy recyclers if you want an exceptional). The only other method is missions, which... have their own problems...
