A message to VS on Mattherson

Please, FFS, PLEASE stop abandoning a fight every time your magrider column gets destroyed. Infantry fights are actually pretty damn fun.

Oh, and also, quit cowering in tanks underneath the Bio Lab. You can't capture the base that way.

hehehe, it's funny when we SKEP the entire column of Magriders there is no infantry follow up, the drivers just go somewhere else or wait for the time to respawn a Mag. Oh well, there are some pretty fierce infantry VS out there that you can be proud of.

we got the same problem on briggs... its horrible and so many max's ******* everywhere....

I've heard that Connery is having this issue as well.

JK I play NC. My K/D has been sub 2 since a few weeks in.

It's probably because the population on the server has tanked, there's the zerg and then there's nothing.

Incidentally, to most all VS on Miller: keep being awesome.

VS suck :/ or atleast the mojority kinda sad but even more a problem: hackers we hav hackers bloody everywhere its horrible. now i know i said mojority of us suck is because we have alot of people and A LOT of them just dick around thinking they can quickscope or ****.... stupid if you ask me. most our battles tend to be tank battles and to be honest pretty even )

Nah, Connery VS are actually pretty well rounded. Ive seen many good scythe pilots, my outfit has arguably a few of the best gal pilots on the server, we have the odd mag column but realistically its most likely an organized outfit running an op because lately the majority of armor columns have had air and infantry support and that's not typical of the Connery VS zerg.

Honestly on Connery the "problem" is the massive TR zerg air raids that go down. Ive played across 3 servers since launch and Ive never seen so many reds in the air at one time, its pretty funny. Have half your squad pull Burster's and in 2 minutes they all drop like flies.

Dont worry we have the same problem on Miller as NC.. however alot of it i put down to new players simply following the cap point marker on their mini map and ending up under the dome not in it

Perhaps they dont realise there are teleporters and spring pads to get you up into the dome where you can help cap it

But on the other hand many are also just numpties who wouldnt know team work and helping your faction win if it came up and smashed their backdoors in

If i were VS i'd probably stick to my Magrider also, if it is anything like the hovertank from battlefield 2142 (and it seems to be exactly like that) then it is probably orgasmic to be driving. A totally controlled, smooth ride. Hell, down the line i'm rolling a VS character for just that reason. Piece of **** prowler.

While we're making broad, inaccurate generalizations about entire factions on Mattherson:

TR stop wanking yourselves raw in The Crown all day every day. Maybe try deploying in significant numbers anywhere besides Indar.

NC stop treating Amerish like it's your own perfect blue dollhouse and come play on Esamir or Indar for a change.

Also, the solution to most VS running when they lose their magriders is to stop killing their magriders, obviously.

I personally only redeploy when I get overrun by YOUR zergs.

I think most people actually don't know how to get up onto Bio Lab, since you have to go jump up it from way off.

I think at least 3 or 4 times Friday night we went rolling up to the Stronghold with a massive number of mags, I sat in the back and watched as they got wiped out and then everyone leaves. The OP is right, this happens a lot on our server. Usually my gang are the last ones at a base either defending or attacking. People give up and pull out too quickly, which I can understand if you are getting spawncamped but otherwise stay and fight.

I was there for that and know exactly what you're talking about: that was the most awesome fight back from potentially being warpgated ever. =D

Especially when you're infantry and trying not to be run over by the magriders who are stuck in the traffic jam and think "if the infantry can make it through over there i'll just run them over and get ahead of everyone.
