   So during the last days it was really hard to play the game. Overwolf and ShadowPlay say I have between 40 and 60 FPS in a battle but the game performs like it has 1 FPS.
   What is this?

   seems for me the game runs fine. but my characters animations look like 1 fps fpr some reason, and its annoying

   I've got same thing happening not always but often but for me started back in july patch.Hoped this patch was gona fixed it but no its still happening.
