Get the extended mag and they are great. Expect to use up your ammo very quickly though, so not recommended for combat-focused medics unless you have engineer support. Brilliant if you are focused on rez/heal duty as they kill fast enough that you can switch and kill people who surprise you when you have med tool out (unless they are using one themselves .
