Re: your implants... Once you're at BR 100 you should be really dumping a lot of certs into the "disappointment boxes" as you have most other cert based items maxed out. Implants really are the endgame content. You're in the endgame so should have them all soon.
I have 2 chars at BR 108 and one at BR 107 and there are still enough things left to unlock with certs...
I have... some leveled characters Even at ASP 2, BR100 there will still be things to unlock. Doesn't mean you should. Once you're near BR100 for the first time you should be sinking a lot of certs into ISO conversion via the disappointment boxes. Getting the implants you want and getting them maxed is more important than the last tick of max ammo on some obscure secondary vehicle gun.
