    Was the H-V45 overnerfed?

    .75 ADS weapons got blanket nerfed months before. On that same patch, they pretty much nerfed hipfire weapons all around...

    What did you do this patch day?

    Bought the Cougar, liked it for range more than the T5 AMC Lynx felt wonderful to use. Shame I already have auraxium on it though.
