As of yesterday's patch, engineer animations are about half broken. Deploying an ammo pack with "F"? You are likely to drop two ammo packs instead...
Logged in today (after more then 24+ hours offline) and of the 7 characters (all on the same account), only four or five received the full 48 certs....

I live on the east coast US. Connecting to my character on Waterson, I click on the character and can login within 10-30 seconds (fairly normal)....
