every patach makes this game worse..

game was loading fine until today update.. now this is what i get when i launch the game instead of the menu.

I just got this issue too, I dc'd due to timeout and logged back in, I hit play and this is the screen I get instead of the character login.

This used to happen in beta when you could not connect to the login servers
