Only the vehicle cosmetics.
I have the same problem, everything but the implant. Checked all the other characters and none have it.
The implant is not account bound, it is redeemed only to the character you are logged into at the time of redemption.
And its showing as unowned on the character the code was redeemed with, everything else is there except the implant. A few other players in a reddit thread didnt get it either.
Roger that, can you check the name of your implants to confirm you have one that does say "[PERFECT]"? We have a bug with this implant that is not using the correct "perfect" implant icon.
I triple checked and found the issue - the implant doesn't show under the normal "Implants" menu, the one that has the "Get Implants" and "Craft Implants" buttons in the pause menu. Only in the loadout screen, where you actually equip them. I thought I was going crazy. Please add the 'perfect' implants to the regular implants menu too, or just remove them entirely and replace them with their regular exceptional counterparts. Having 'duplicate' exceptional implants in the game makes no sense from a players' perspective
