Server Latency Issues

I just took a few days off to come back right now to Esamir on Emerald and immediately hit with 197ms lag and couldn't rez correctly as medic and using a whole clip to kill one person cause the delay in getting a kill, if the hits actually count.
It's bouncing all over well over 100 to 200ms.

No one on DBG going to acknowledge this? It isn't the spawn changes as I mentioned weeks ago. It lags on empty friggin continents.

Edit: 280ms and climbing
