Infantry Healing Regen stops when activing Heavy Shield.

i believe this is a balance decision, not a bug,
the same way health regen stops if you cloak as infil.

i'm not saying that i agree with it, just that i don't think its a bug

It's a bug. : (

Shields stop generating as well, it isn't a bug it just stops all regen.

The shield regen doesn't stop with an heavy specific implant installed.

Planetside 1 heavy infantry classes were balanced. Heavy infantry couldn't pilot vehicles.
