It can be deceiving to know the pop of one or the other because Seapost L8 is inside Terran Genetics so the population of Seapost L8 and Terran Genetics could be deceiving! Basically Seapost L8 could look like 75% VS but in fact its like 25/75 because the other faction is at the A point side at Terran Genetics. Also, Terran Genetics pop could be Seapost L8 pop making it look like there are more or less people on the hex! There are probably other bases with the same issue too. : ( How people choose to respond because of base population is all messed up when it's not the right numbers at that particular base.
