Not to beat a dead horse but I've posted this over a span of 3 years or longer, just did it last month actually again, with players posting it since game inception. Loss of audio channels. The answer is still the same. We never get an update, no one ever says anything about it except "it's passed along". Just sayin.

This seem to happen sometimes when I switch between characters or jump to another continent after the Alert is over, I would need to restart the game to fix this issue.
