Open letter from representatives of Russian outfits from Miller: ReSt, SIN, FO, WU

Dear Community Manager, we come to You with the question from all leaders and officers of aforementioned outfits.

Our outfits come as part of large Russian speaking community names Russian Union [RUIN], having it player base counted with hundreds.
Due to recent news we are waiting to take part in new iteration of Outfit Wars event. We already took part in previous OW event as an [RUIN] Russian Union alliance and took 1st place in silver braces. We appreciate all the efforts of DBG team in making competitive and fun events in our beloved game and, moreover we always support all of your activities and want to take part in all of them, and want to do it as representatives of Russia, using supposed attributes such as name and russian decal
But, even before we even have any official information about new OW season we heard rumors and gossips about upcoming negative attitude and toxic behavior from a large part of European community of Miller server aimed at discrediting our community only because we are russians, even if we don't support current political situation in world. And all of upcoming events are aimed to ban us from participation in OW.
We all the info we got there is the question:
Can we participate in OW using Russian decal as a part of our uniform, having Russian Union [RUIN] as our tag and do not afraid of transfering political provocations in gaming and e-sport disciplines? As we know - there is no rule forbidding using any type of country symbols, flags, names or emblems, but we want to have your approval on that so we won't be disqualified before any of games, especially finals of OW.
From our side we will do our best and guarantee to stay out of any provocations, respect other members and try our best for everyone participating in OW to have awesome experience and time in game and upcoming OW event.

There's no need to lie! Among you there are not only Russians, but Ukrainians, Belarusians, Kazakhs, Georgians and a bunch of other Russian speakers)

Yes, we are Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Jews, Buryats, Tatars, Poles and many many other respected nationalities

My personal opinion as a member of noted above Russian community: "do not afraid of transfering political provocations in gaming and e-sport disciplines?" - this also means that:
1. we do not want to see or hear any kind of "ban all russians", "kill all russians", "remove russians from the server", "remove russian flag", "remove russian voice line" (btw I still don't know exactly what is Russian voice line) messages I've read on this forum before
AND
2. we expect the developers undertake to ensure the absence of such insults and provocations in-game or on the controlled resources (this forum, reddit, etc).

@Mithril We probably need this one answered and locked pronto. There's toxicity in the forecast!
