[Suggestion] Switching weapon fire mode to Semi-Automatic should increase minimum weapon damage by one tier.

Title. That will add more meaning to semi-automatic mode without being unbalanced.
For example, NS-11A will have min damage = max damage in semi-auto mode, NS-11C will have 125 min damage instead of 112 in semi-auto mode (one tier higher).

I would use a programmable mouse to fire at the ROF of the weapon I'm using. Especially if you make several profiles it can be easy to switch if you ever switch weapons. So you get to fire at a higher damage tier for free!

As far as I know, weapons have lower fire rate in semi-auto mode. If not, it is not hard to implement. Also, in semi auto, each shot have first shot recoil multiplier, so you will have harder recoil. You can compensate it too, of course, but with calculated firerate you will have the same dps for your work.
    For example, with 652 rpm x 125 = 81 500
    So for semi-auto mode fire rate should be 81 500 / 143 = 570 rpm

Oh, and with better semi-auto, scopes with high magnification will have its use.
