For some reason, after the spawn system rollback yesterday, I keep getting 15s respawn times despite the green bar only taking 10s to fill up. It seems to mainly happen with sundies, but can still happen at bases as well. It might be related to the Emerald server hamsters dying and those hitches, but this also might well be an unrelated bug, I don't know. Video can be found here. I can upload a longer video with more spawns if requested, but will hold off on doing so for now.
