Playing Oshur from immediate log in,at 1hr 21min of alert and maybe 2hrs of time( 30 min before alert starts) gets the sound bug. Much faster than this occurs on the other continents. Usually takes me 5-6hrs straight before I get drops in weapons sounds and muddy underwater muted game sounds. On Oshur, 3 times I spawned in directly from log in, it happens much quicker.
