T9A "Butcher" Muzzle Velocity

This bug report is based solely off API stats. I do not have the weapon available for testing, nor would this be a particularly easy test if I did.

The T9A "Butcher" has a listed muzzle velocity of 600m/s.

Using the API as a reference, this is true while hipfiring ("projectile_speed_override": "600",). However, while aiming down the sight the weapon's velocity is reduced to 570m/s ("projectile_speed_override": "570",), a reduction of 30m/s (5%) over the expected speed.

Presumably, this is a relic from when the weapon used to have the effects of Soft Point Ammunition built in, which accounts precisely for a 5% loss in muzzle velocity. However, the weapon's maximum damage range and muzzle velocity while hipfiring indicate this attachment's removal from the weapon, thus the muzzle velocity in all stances should be the expected 600m/s, rather than reduced to 570m/s while aimed.

The original Butcher also had a spinup mechanic, that punched the rate of fire to 780 rpm at max output. It was better before they nerfed it, it was at least unique.

Now, it’s just a carv with 50 extra rounds no attachments.

It's got 769 RPM, upgraded from the CARV's normal 750 RPM, and while hipfiring all minimum cone-of-fire values are 0.5 degrees smaller. So it's not just a CARV with extra ammo. It gets a hybrid Ext. Mags/Laser Sight, and the 19 extra RPM.
