NSO can't use faction jumppads

Noticed at Howling Pass Checkpoint while playing for TR as NSO,
The jump pads do not work.

Bug still present as of December 14, 2020

This thread illustrates I think what is wrong with this "upvote it" bug system.

This is a pretty serious bug, 100% repro rate, and is even a regression! (fixed previously). It also impacts *exclusively* those that pay money to support the game.

Another patch has come out. Stupid cosmetic stuff is being fixed but not this gameplay bug.

Even working on a big NSO update I see. Still can't use jump pads.
