dark light flashlight not illuminating infils for VS (10 sec vid)

    Noticed this before, but finally got video. infils not always illuminated by the flashlight. not sure if this is a game code issue, lag, bug, ping, or I need a faster PC, but it happens non the less

    Have noticed this before, it can take up to half a second for the coloration to appear. Which can be too much under some circumstances (you are running past them or are being shot at).

    the cloak is bugged with distance, if youd stepped a few more steps away from the infil it would have appeared:

    as you can see, beyond ~7m it works, less than ~7m it does not.
    100% reproducible bug.

    Noticed this problem too. Pretty big issue since it breaks the main reason to run flashlight
