That might be a spawn protection kicking in, since the shield is very close to the spawn pad. Just guessing here.
I think it may be lag related, though I couldn't explain why haha, just that I don't remember it ever happening when the ping was good.
I watched a outfit capture the other day go through the same issues. They pulled four before getting the bounce they needed. I've not had any lag during the recent covid / high population period but I often see complaints of lag. I put it down to that!
