Custom Outfit decal for outfits larger than 5k?

My outfit has almost 8700 members and we have no custom decal outfit. Anyway for us to get a custom decal uploaded for ISV VSA??

I believe those have to be submitted to the Player Studio and approved that way.

Player Studio is locked for an unknown period of time. We also wanted to submit our outfit decal, although (being a 40k-themed community) there might be some copyright issues we would have liked to clear with the appropriate people at PS. But no contact, no nothing, so...

I would say outfit specific decals regardless of group size would be cool.
