Are the resurgence bundles character/faction specific? Is the price prorated at all for the weapons you already have? I assume the answer to both is no, but I would like to make sure. Thanks for any input!
As far as purchases go pretty much everything is unlocked account-wide. All commonpool items will be available to all existing and future characters and all ES equipment will be available to all characters of that faction.
Boosters used to be unlocked for all characters bit this hasn't been the way since the 4th anniversary bundle I think, I also wouldn't expect the implants to be account wide, but who knows. The weapons certainly will though, it unlocks for every character on all 3 factions, even future characters
The booster and implants do not unlock for all characters, only the purchasing one. Everything else (empire permitting) seems to unlock for all characters.
