[Suggestion] Slight Assault Adjustment

    The ambusher jets are great and fun to use but it feels like something is missing or not right with them. When to aim for a target and just miss it by fraction is very annoying. The buildings and structures would need to be taken into account from the beginning of development to work well with current ambusher.
    My proposal is to remove the regular jumper jets and only have ambusher with a slight adjustment. If you want to go up you press space. If you want to ambush you press forward and space and if you miss a jump by a couple pixels there will be a slight reserve to go up slightly.
    I say this to buff the funness of the class but I would also remove one brick of C4 (have a slightly larger brick) carrying capacity because it is way too easy destroy armour at the moment.

    I mean, the C4 delay is a big enough pain in the *** as it is, splash damage has also been removed.

    The think that sucks about ambusher jets is that THEY REMOVED THE "jets restore on a kill" FROM THE MAX AERIAL COMBATANT IMPLANT I GRINDED SO LONG FOR AND I'M PISSED AND WANT A REFUND NOW.

    Ambusher jets and the default jets are meant for two different things, why remove one or the other?

    I agree certain buildings would need revamp in order to be compatible with the jets, but there's no need to complicate the easy use of the jets to do whatever you're saying. Can you imagine pressing space + arrow key and then being able to reverse somehow man just trying to picture that gives me a headache. Just use the right tool for the right job, the jets are ok as they are.

    yea no way this is gonna happen cause having to chose the jumpjetvariant is meant to be there for classspecialisation ..
    you are not gonna get a multipurpose jumpjetpacksuit to be capable to jet arround in every way you see fit the same way a heavy assault won´t get a ressistshield that still blocks damage and refuels on kills ...
    you wanna ambush planetmans correctly you gotta learn it ... suck it up if you missjump ..

    I don't mean multi purpose. I was never impressed with original jump jets at max you feel all your fuels run out already. Drifter and ambush are assault aggressive gameplay style which is the class should be not camping somewhere high up.
    If you want to add another style they can maybe in PS3. How about mario style jumping on walls burster jets.

    drifter aren`t realy aggressive, ambush and skirmisherjets are, icarus are aggressive for quickly climbing a wall to get into a base

    drifter imo is better used for positioning (so actualy camping high up) and flanking were for the latter you rather want to use skrimisher as well .. .. these jetpacks having low fuel aside from drifter is their entire point as you use them in bursts .. not continualy like drifters ...

    mario/metroidstyle wallclimbing? what for if you have already icarusjets? and then you would have to design bases with that jetpack in mind ..

    Do you mean "lessened"? It seems to work against infantry just fine for me.

    What I do feel needs some help is icarus jets, because right now they are just too similar to when you use ambusher without pressing forwards, granted they go a little bit higher, but their niche of "getting on top of buildings fast" can now be achieved with ambusher, and ambusher has its own rapid movement niche on top of that.

    Maybe if icarus had built in safefall it would have a niche again
