   I'm BR 82 so I'll miss out on thousands of certs. I can't afford a subscription or boosts so I don't have any bonuses to level and grind them, so I'm out of luck for 6,700 certs if the new patch won't be retroactive.
   
   Is there a reason for this decision? I heard it was also the case for people when they gave certs up to BR 15, but now there are people who will be out over ten thousand certs on one character alone Please reconsider.
