Id rather move my Briggs account to Soltech then to Connery especially as you let connery players move to soltech already.
Not to say that you shouldn't transfer your characters to Soltech at all, but you might want to make a test character on both servers to check if it's really better in terms of latency and stability, as Soltech is significantly worse for a lot of NZ and Aus players due to the bad quality of the general internet connection to Asia.
Me either, my main char on Briggs, as a Asia player we had no choice before, now I wish to move Soltech too.
