I don't know where to post about this to ask for help...To play the game I have to put in my Userid and my Password+(the code from the authenticator). Since I can't do that I can't seem to log into the website. I think my account is linked to my steam account but I'm not sure. I played PS2 a long time before it was available on Steam and still have thousands of SOE currency and developed highlevel characters. my suggestion would be to make a new account and use it to file a support ticket on their support site.
Yup, you should reach out to support at help.daybreakgames.com so that the CS team can help you out. You will need to make a new account to submit your ticket to support, however.
