   This bug existed a long time ago, but it was supposed to be "fixed" a few patches ago.
   
   It isn't fixed, and it's really annoying cause it wastes a lot of precious nanites.

   Happened a couple of times to me too...especially during animaly events I had it happen like 4 times in just a couple of minutes. Fortunately aircrafts have been free there.

   The reason they added a timer was because they cant figure out how to fix the bug.
