[Guide] Cyrious Guides to Knowing Planetside

Hey no worries man, thanks for watching!

Forgot to post this earlier, the first Command Cyrious Thursday has passed, be sure to look out for each month if you want to play and also here is the new Cyrious Discord channel to help get in contact with other players and Cyrious for general or game related content.

Basically, every first Thursday of each month, Cyrious will visit a specific server on a specific empire to play with the community and explore Planetside across the different servers and platforms (PS4 will be visited). It's encouraged to make a new character if you don't have one and have the spare slot to come join in or eventually meet up once your available chars sync up with the server/empire! Look out the week before hand for what will happen for the Thursday event (including non-events).

Quick review of the Community PTS ASP testing session and then tied into a review of the issue of Developer Malaise and Planetside 2's experience with the issue. Hopeful and also tentative for the future of the game.

I find it very hard to disagree with any of the points he made in that video. I'm already a member, but if this crowdfunding idea gets the go-ahead, then I'll gladly pony up some cash to support this venture. Done in the correct way, risk deserves reward. For too long they have opted for the path of least resistance, which, for me anyway, is why their ideas gain so little traction.

I hold a similar reception to the idea of having Backer options available. Would love to see particular projects pursued if the community was allowed to express support through crowdfunding. Hopefully something is done though to help bring positive changes to the game again rather than lower levelled projects.

Mostly focusing on cqc but starting with some principles on regular range sniping.

Also check out Elusive1's channel for really great close quarter combat sniping clips. Whole library of sniping with the TSAR, Ghost and SAS-R (cqc bolt actions for each empire). Highly recommended.

Haha Elusive is crazy good hey! Used to play years ago with him in an outfit though I never really saw/appreciated the gameplay back then. Defs shows the way with what bolt infils can do in close fighting! Plus he will be returning so keep an eye out on Emerald
