Headshot exploiters WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE STILL HERE?

This is absolutely false. Our CS team reviews every ticket that is sent in, and takes action as appropriate. Cheaters and exploiters are banned all the time.

On that note, it's impossible for our team to catch every single cheater on their own. Always make sure you're reporting anyone you see breaking the rules.

Aren't cheater banned in "Waves" so they don't know what triggered the ban?

To most of us a ban is gone forever and char burnt.

If even a fraction of those "banned all the time" chars are allowed back the impression it gives is terrible.

Even if it is "appropriate" it's done without communication or marking of the guilty char thus giving the impression of little progress.

But we've been through this conversation since 2012....

But as was said above, I know of at least two occasions on when I have provided video evidence in a support ticket to DBG and the CS team has banned those people pretty promptly. They were also hardware ID banned which is more than just deleting a character.
The chap earlier in this thread who had apparently had video evidence of Hydra hacking ... does anyone anywhere ever provide links to these 'irrefutable truths'? Nope. Its all just circumstance and heresay. If you get proof of Hydra cheating, then submit it. I welcome it, kick cheats out of the game.

Heres the sad truth noone wants to admit has been the case since the game began ... There is no MMR/ELO. You are playing against some players who have FPS skills higher than you can ever dream of having, and they can be drunk as hell whilst pubbies Stomp around, q spotting, looking at the floor and having a recoil control like Michael J Fox being electrocuted, all the while ignoring the minimap and having the situational awareness of an aubergine.

But tell yourself what you need to so that you can sleep at night. Or you can stop blaming everyone but yourself and actually try putting some effort into gittin gud.
