How I would Balance HA

    because the HA simply is capable to deal with almost anything and because of its straight up advantage is rather blant ..
    unlike HA maxes both have a size and speed disadvantage and often rely on engineers for surviveability also to be truly effective on a role they have to doublewield a weapontype ..

    also since when are carbines, AR and shotguns able to dmg heavy armor? because that´s they main point .. HA`s are capable to engage ANY target from range and do dmg, not just infantry

    engineers might be able to drop turrets but
    1) they still are stationary when using them
    2) have to chose between AI, AV or autosentry
    3) spawning one takes time and is suicide when attemting to do it when the opponent is next door ..
    4) when launching an avturretmissile you as engineer you are forced to guide it otherwise risking a early drop and miss so again stationary while using it ..
    5) unlike HA´s engineers can´t compansate with overshield for deploying turrets like HA´s do for switching to or reloading their RL´s getting into cover ...

    and while LA have a mobility advantage they still have to engage their targets from closer range than the HA does ...
