We officially have a problem here. DB cash missing?

    Hey, so I am one of your paying members here , I always support a game I am playing. We have a problem, my DB cash is at 0. When I did have at least 3200 still sitting there. I would like to talk to someone asap. Thanks.

    On top of that it will not let me claim the 500 monthly DB for being a subscribing member.

    Same thing happened to me today. Logged out, logged back in, and it was there. It's a connection issue by the looks of it.

    yeah, I had the same issue. I noticed that on launcher my DB cash showed 0 but when I logged in it showed proper amount. It also happened that my launcher "forgot" my login/pass" so maybe it was an issue with login servers.
