you should know by now when a rep for a game company (or really any company) when they say 'we expect X to be released early/late in 20XX' it actually translates to 'we are optimistic and hopeful that X will be released early/late in 20XX *release subject to change'

Calm down, early 2016 could mean well into spring, which lasts until June. Early 2016 is likely before April, so the first 1/4 of the year: January to March.
