25% territory at the end of the alert. That should be 2500 XP. I got membership and heroic boost (2x +50%), so that would be 5000 XP. I got ~6000 XP ( yay ), so that's an additional +40% based on the original sum, and I can't figure out what other boosts resulted in this. Can you shed light on it?

So you mean that everything there, except the +30% from the alarm itself, will apply to the end reward? I think that might fit. This would also explain why I had trouble explaining the XP I got at alert ends where I wasn't online the full two hours.
When you aren't online the full 2 hours, you only get a reward based on the % of the alert that you were online. So if you are only online for 1 hour out of 2, you only get 50% of the max reward.
