Give warpgates 6 control points and require all of the connecting zones (aramax chemical co barrik electrical station and auraxium cryobank for amerish southern gate) Capturing a warpgate locks it to the faction that lost the warpgate for either two hours or it gets taken back. You can only drop pod in/spawn at sundies if you lose your warpgate on the same timer of squad spawns. If you take a warpgate you get the same exp/cert bonus as if you won an alert. This would add a bit of depth to the game, more risk to losing areas, and its very similar to current locking continents by capping most of the land
I'm pretty sure Captureable WG's was a planned feature that would come with Intercontinental lattice .. How that stands after recent events .. We don't know yet ..
Technically, you can attack an enemy Warpgate now, if you want to. I must warn you that no one has ever been successful.
